- Quotes are written and flat. Work begins after a written quote is approved. The approved number is the number.
- You own the deliverables. On final payment, all project files, code, and accounts created for the engagement belong to the client.
- Scope changes get re-quoted. New scope means a new written number before the work happens — never a surprise invoice.
- Third-party costs are yours, transparently. Domains, hosting, and software subscriptions are registered in your name and billed at cost.
- Either side can walk. Retainers cancel with 30 days' written notice. Work completed to date gets settled; everything already delivered stays yours.
